Competitive day delegate packages for Gloucester events big and small
Lots of our Gloucester event space facilities listed above are included within every delegate package – if you’d like to take advantage of our full farm offering, just ask about hiring the field, farm park or overnight accommodation.
For your event, you’ll have the option of half or full day delegate packages for a minimum of 40 guests. Standard packages include everything from your exclusive use of the barn, bar and courtyard and our tables and chairs, to Wi-Fi, stationery, projector and screen.
A smaller space for smaller events
You also have the option of adding on or just hiring our separate meeting room for 8 people. Nice and cosy and ideal for a small group event or as a breakaway space for larger events.
Catering by Over Farm
Good food underpins every successful event. We’re able to cater for your corporate event no matter how many guests will be attending and whether it’s just canapés and light bites that you need or a full-blown slap-up meal.
Breakfast, lunch and afternoon nibbles are included in a full day delegate package and everything is made fresh using ingredients sourced using the local farm shop suppliers. You can find out more about our catering offering here, or ask us about it when we talk about venue hire.

How to find us
Over Barn and its adjacent courtyard are tucked away up a private track within the Over Farm estate. You’ll find us a mile northwest of Gloucester at GL2 8DB, just off the A40.
We’ve got beautiful fields all around us and you’ll enjoy the views as you arrive. Please don’t hesitate to come down and visit us and have a look around before the day of your event!
